Meet Praetor: Your AI Health Guide

How our AI helps you choose the right tests, makes sense of your results, and stays available to answer questions as they come up.

One AI, three places it shows up

Praetor is the assistant we built to make blood testing easier to navigate. It is not a separate app or an add-on. It is woven into the moments where most people get stuck: choosing a test, understanding the results, and deciding what to do next.

You will meet Praetor in three places: on the home page when you are exploring what we offer, in the shop when you are picking a panel, and in your health report once your results are in. Each surface is the same AI, tuned to the moment.

Find the right test

Choosing a blood panel can feel like guesswork. There are tiers, categories, and overlapping markers, and most people do not know which combination matches their goals.

In the shop, Praetor sits alongside the panel grid as a conversational helper. You can ask "what is the difference between the Performance panels?" or "I want to focus on energy and recovery, what should I look at?" and it will talk you through the options. It is advisory, not algorithmic. It does not build a custom panel for you, but it helps you compare what we already offer so you can decide with confidence.

The shop conversation is bounded by design: after a few exchanges Praetor nudges you back to the products, so you stay in flow rather than spiralling into a long thread.

Understand your results

Once your results land, Praetor writes a personalised summary in plain English. It cross-references your biomarkers, flags what is in or out of range, and walks you through the picture as a whole rather than marker-by-marker.

You can read the summary at a glance, expand for the full detail, or switch to a condensed bullet view. And when something does not make sense, you can open a follow-up chat tied to that report and ask about a specific marker, a trend, or what to focus on next.

If you imported a PDF from another lab, Praetor will tell you so, and remind you that the quality of the summary depends on the source document.

The summary is the starting point. The chat lets you go deeper without leaving the report.

What Praetor will not do

We are deliberate about Praetor's limits. It is a guide, not a clinician. It does not diagnose, prescribe, or replace medical advice. It does not invent panels we do not sell, and it does not pretend to know your medical history beyond what is in the report it is summarising.

When something is uncertain, Praetor says so. When something needs a doctor, it tells you. The goal is to make the data legible, not to make decisions for you.
